Hello Katina, im in, i will do it i wont eat anymore candy, and i will be eating salads for luch since is kind of easy here at work get those at the cafeteria....i dont drink coffee and my tee is caffeine free:)

Katina, I am going to work on the "C", maybe a cup or two less during the day. "A" - nothing to challenge there. "R" and "P" will really require some thinking and planning, especially when traveling. Wish I had a cafeteria like Luisa. Thanks for trying to help us do better! I know we'll all be checking on each other. Still glad it's only till Thanksgiving!!! :)

I've joined the CRAP challenge!!! Woo-hoo!!! What's funny is when I started thinking about how to change my habits, the truth is some of the changes I've made recently are totally right! I made the switch to whole-wheat pastas & breads and use Splenda instead of sugar.

I'm also eating more veggies, so if anyone has a tasty cooked/baked/saute'd carrot recipe, hit me with it!
