Hello Cut the CRAP divas! I hope everyone is doing well! Well, it has been a full week of cutting the CRAP! Whew! Just wanted to give you guys a cyber hug and tell you all how proud of you I am!

I also wanted to share some tips to keep you guys on track this weekend:


1. EAT Breakfast!!!! Start your day off nutritiously! Protein!!!!!

2. Exercise-walk or dance around your house!!!

3. Plan ahead. Don't wait until you are starving to make a food decision!

4. Be a girl scout (Thanks Kimmie)---keep LOW CAL snacks in your purse or car so that you don't have to eat some crazy processed thing out of a vending machine!!!!!

5. LOVE yourself! Remember that you are awesome and life is SO much more than dieting! Life is all about relationships! Spend time with those you love and tell them that you love them. Life is not promised! It is a gift and such a blessing. You are a blessing! Never forget that!

Now go out there and CUT THE CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
