This group is for anyone who has experienced the benefits of a low carb diet on their health, mood and wellbeing, as well as those who are curious. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who can give you tips or relate to what you are going through if you're new. And if you've been on the keto/paleo/low-carb for a while, it's always good to be surrounded by a supportive group or have people to exchange ideas with.
Get together with like-minded people over a picnic, a hike in the hills or a meal. We can meet for drinks in town or arrange more active events, depending on the group. Either way, join, get involved and make some interesting new friends :)
