**Teens 14-18 years old work out for FREE** (Must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian attending class) Class: fat-torching, muscle-toning combination of body weight and kettlebell exercises for beginner to intermediate. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Starts with joint mobility warm up, ends with stretching cool down. Wear: Comfortable work out clothes and sneakers/athletic shoes. Bring: Water bottle, hand towel. All attendees sign a release prior to the start of their first class.
