Explore beautiful furniture and materials in a virtual model of your home.

Discover Archilogic, a WebGL-based platform that lets you turn 2D information into beautiful 3D models, opening entirely new ways of communicating about, and within, our working and living environments.

Martin Splitt, Software Magic Engineer, will introduce the audience to Archilogic as a case study for taking a blended approach to specialized 3D content editing, and will show how to create a user-friendly experience for interior design on the Web.

We'll also have a look at the newly released glTF format: the "JPEG of 3D".

glTF is a new open and royalty-free specification by Khronos that minimizes both the size of 3D assets, and the CPU power needed to unpack and use 3D elements. We'll discover what it can do, and how Archilogic is adopting it, allowing users to easily import and export data, directly in the browser.
