Looking for a way to shed some fat, learn self defense, and have fun with an awesome group of kick boxers? Then come learn kickboxing at Functional Taewondo DFW!
What are classes like?
Each class is 45 minutes long and combines elements of boxing, muay thai, and taekwondo. Please keep in mind; this is not some "cardio" kickboxing class where you punch and kick the air in front of a mirror to cheesy music....you will be doing padwork, learning REAL combinations used by pro fighters, and get an amazing workout that not only makes you ENJOY working out with others but gives you valuable tools to work with!
Is this class beginner friendly?
Yes! Current members can vouch for me when I say this, but I have alot of patience for people just starting and the positivity from those more experienced is great to have ! You will be surrounded by people who are going to help you learn.
Can we spar in the class?
Yes, I leave time in the end of the class on certain days of the week (usually fridays) for more advanced students to spar with myself or other kickboxers.
How much is it?
$15 for 1 person
$10 each for 2 people
$5 each for 3 or more people
P.S If you would like to become a full time member at our academy, let me know by chatting with me after your workout! (It will save you major $$$)
Do you teach kids as well?
Yes! I teach kids 6 days a week. Talk to me after or before the workout if you're interested in getting your kids involved!
