This 60 min "Cardio Boot Camp Blast" is full of mid to high impact boot camp style drills that are done for 1-2 minutes per exercise. These exercises allow you to either challenge yourself or have a little friendly competition with your group. The class includes body conditioning utilizing your own body weight as well as free weights targeting upper and lower body exercises including abs and a cool-down.
