FUN-FIT Party! Cardio Interval, Strength & Tone- (Bring weights and a mat!)

SO MUCH FUN! An all over workout! This class starts with a warm up and will move into cardio and strength intervals (boot camp style drills such as jacks/jumps/mountain climbers, burpees and high knees) into various sets of targeted body conditioning, ending the workout with abs.

Concentrated upper and lower body exercises during body conditioning that keep you focused on your technique.  This class is for everyone regardless of fitness level.  Come and join in the fun :)
