Join us on Saturday, March 30th at Shopify for a morning of experimentation, learning and networking with other teachers! This meetup will begin with a brief interactive presentation that will introduce the concept of AI in the classroom. You will then circulate around various stations set up with practical lessons and hands on tools, which aim to demystify Artificial Intelligence in the classroom. Finally, you will participate in an open discussion of opportunities and responsibilities arising from AI systems. Whether you are a newb or an experienced user, this meetup will have something for everyone.
Do you have a colleague interested in teaching technology in the classroom? Bring them with you!
We will provide coffee, muffins and pastries! The only thing you will need is your own laptop to participate in this meetup.
10:00 am - 10:10 am: Get settled in and grab yourself some breakfast!

Why are we organizing this meetup?
With our Coder Create Educating workshops, we've learned one thing: Teachers are more excited than ever to incorporate computational thinking and technology into the classroom. To support them in this process, Kids Code Jeunesse, in partnership with Lighthouse Labs, organizes meetings every two months for the local teaching community to nurture interest in introducing technology to the classroom.
