We connect, inspire and support new and experienced professional coaches in the Kingston area to be the best coaches they can be and to develop their coaching practices and businesses. Kingston Coaching is open to all professional qualified coaches in the Kingston area. Coaches in professional training and anyone who has a special interest in coaching (teachers, trainers, HR, etc.) are also welcome.

His expertise in improvisation, accelerated learning and the solutions focus approach has attracted corporate clients and public organisations, ranging from London Business School to Procter & Gamble, from local authorities to top five accountants and the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. Previously a journalist, a senior producer with BBC Radio and the founder of the More Fool Us improvisation comedy team, Paul is a co-founder of both SOLworld and the Applied Improvisation Network. A graduate of Oxford University, contributor to many publications and international conferences as keynote speaker and workshop presenter, he lives in St Albans. His books include Impro Learning, The Inspirational Trainer and 58½ Ways to Improvise in Training, Easy and (as co-author) The Solutions Focus and Positively Speaking.
