Alan and friends look forward to welcoming you at 6:00 pm on Tuesday 13 June for a taster evening at Surbiton Croquet Club, Alexandra Drive, Surbiton, Surrey, KT5 9AA.Croquet is a fun and relaxed sport, and Surbiton Croquet Club have invited us along to try it out. All you need is a pair of flat soled shoes (ordinary trainers are fine) The session will last for around two hours. The club has a bar where we can enjoy some refreshments after the croquet.
This event is limited to 20 participants, so be sure to book your place soon.
Car parking is available at the club and there is plenty of free, on-street parking available too.
You can find a brief introduction to playing golf croquet (rather than association croquet) on the Croquet Association website.
If you would like to attend but cannot afford to pay to reserve your space, we have set aside a number of free spaces, which you are welcome to select.

- Free LGBTQ+ yoga at Kingston Quaker Centre and online
Join Serge at Kingston Quaker Centre for a free yoga flow class for LGBTQ+ people. The class is suitable for all levels. Spend an hour connecting breath and movement, feeling grounded, strong and relaxed.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Kingston Quaker Centre is at Fairfield East, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2PT.
When you arrive, press the buzzer for the Hall and we will let you in.

- Kingston LGBTQ+ Forum does Bushy Parkrun
Join us for a free 5km timed run around Bushy Park. The run starts at 9:00 am sharp, so meet Charlie near the Pheasantry café in Bushy Park for 8:45 am (by the gate from the nearby car park), then we will walk over to the starting line together. After the run, we'll head back to the Pheasantry for a coffee and some well-deserved breakfast.

Join us at Stanley Picker Gallery for a fun and free art workshop. You will delve into the themes of the exhibition in creative and engaging ways. Every workshop is unique, we will explore painting, making, drawing, pottery and more. You will have the opportunity to explore the practice and processes of different artists, we will learn new techniques, enjoy the great company and let’s create art together!The relaxed workshops are led by a team of Kingston School of Arts students and alumni and complement the gallery's programme, which this term is Ligaya Salazar's exhibition, A World of Islands, exploring the movement of indigenous knowledge, practices, materials and people, and historical and current fabrications of tropical utopia and dystopia
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided for a creative mingle.

- Pub Quiz at The Waggon and Horses pub in Surbiton
Join us at The Waggon and Horses in Surbiton for their Monday night pub quiz. Look out for Lewis and Lisa.
The quiz starts at 8pm and is £2 per person to enter, payable in cash to the quiz master.
This is a fun general knowledge quiz so anyone can take part.Teams of up to 6 people are put together on the night depending on how many people attend.
The Waggon and Horses also serve food during the quiz so you can have dinner there too.
