We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Welcome, all members and guests to this fun and interactive virtual evaluation workshop! The distinguished facilitator of this evening, Kyle Hall, is D32’s Past District Director and a 26-year Toastmaster, who won third place in the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2003. During this 100-minute workshop, we'll: - Break the process of evaluation down into its components - Review Dos and Don’ts of effective evaluating - Cover the difference between evaluating advanced speakers versus beginning speakers - Discuss the importance of and techniques for being an effective General Evaluator - Get a chance to practice our evaluation skills and get immediate feedback on our evaluating We'll leave this evening with a greater understanding of powerful evaluations and more confidence in our ability to deliver them.
