Shibari is Japanese for "to tie". Leyna is our term for "awesome model". Combine the two and we'll have a great workshop.
Here are a few shots of a basic tie and I will add more later in the week:
Leyna has hosted several other workshops with us and is a very experienced model. She poses very well without direction but can also work with the photographer to get the desired pose.
Leyna has been published many times and exudes confidence in front of the camera. She is a terrific model to have in your portfolio.
This workshop is considered to be a portfolio builder and is open to all skill levels. What you should bring:
• A working dSLR with batteries and a hotshoe
• Some Sony cameras have an issue with standard triggers. Please ensure you have the appropriate adapter if you are using a Sony product.
• I typically shoot with a 24-70 lens in the studio on a full frame camera. Something in this range would be suitable to bring.
• Don't forget your memory card :)
Images from the workshop are intended for your portfolio only.
