What we're about

This is a faith-based peer support group where we explore how our spirituality can support us with our mental health challenge. This group has been meeting monthly since Oct, 2014. First half of meeting involves exploring themes like trust, prayer, acceptance, labels/identities, being a blessing, loving the enemy within, loneliness/connection, Good Friday/Easter experiences, discerning the internal voices/thoughts, compassion, etc. The second half of evening involves sharing and support and ending with prayer (Thanks, Help, Wow, God damn this, or God, who, what, and where are you?).
