I love yarn bombing, and have seen some amazing photos of projects around the world. I'm hoping to help organize one in my town in the future. But I'm torn - all that yarn could instead be used to make items for people who need the objects, such as warm hats, scarves, mittens. And don't they get dirty and ratty looking? How have you managed to reuse the items year after year? I'd love to hear how others solve this dilemma.
