This group is for anyone that has been wondering how to get started on improving their health, whether that be losing 100 pounds or just finding a little extra activity in your life.

This group is for anyone that has tried 100 different things without much change.

This group is for anyone that is tired of beating themselves up with crazy workouts, strict nutrition, and injury riddled training.

This group is for education.

I love what I do, but one of the goals I set out long ago, was to improve the health of my community, and what I find lacking is simply proper knowledge of training and nutrition from beginner to advanced.

So, this group is for anyone wanting to learn. Learn a foundation. Learn how to progress. Some days, we will just chat. Other days, we will lift. Other days, we may push each other to progress.

Every month we dive into a new topic followed by Q and A via Zoom.

This is an opportunity to start meeting fellow Knoxvillians looking to stay in touch with their Community AND their fitness.

We spend the first 15-20 Minutes going on a fun deep dive of topics we have heard the most interest in followed by some interactive breakouts and Q and A!
