I love what I do, but one of the goals I set out long ago, was to improve the health of my community, and what I find lacking is simply proper knowledge of training and nutrition from beginner to advanced.
So, this group is for anyone wanting to learn. Learn a foundation. Learn how to progress. Some days, we will just chat. Other days, we will lift. Other days, we may push each other to progress.
