To start, I will be leading a meditation after initial introductions to help center and balance our minds, body, and spirit.
I will be teaching the basics of the clairs, incorporating DBT therapy to help identify emotions and how to master them.
I will be sharing information to help you learn to control your thoughts and emotions, using mindfulness practices, several different problem solving techniques, and radical acceptance.
