It's pay another visit to Hae Jang Chon! biggrin

Hae Jang Chon has an AYCE (all you can eat) menu for $16.99. With tax and tip, it should run about $22-$25 per person...not exactly cheap eats, but hey, it's AYCE! love struck

The banchan is tasty, but I do get the feeling that most people are here for the meat!

It's not exactly BBQ because you do your cooking on a large stone grill that resembles a large slab of cast-iron.

At the end of the meal, you get some tasty kimchi fried rice stir fried on the grill. They also have steamed white rice for those who prefer plain rice with their meal.

They also serve some "regular" non BBQ dishes; check out their menu for an interesting selection of soups.

For more information, here is their Yelp review.

There is valet parking for about $2...street parking exists, but I must warn you that it is at a premium over here.

Drop me an email if you have any questions or suggestions.biggrin

HJC has become so popular that they had to turn a lot of people away. I was surprised that they were able to accommodate us considering we had no reservation.

For dessert I recommend Paris Baguette, a delicious but economical French bakery featuring pastries for just $1.80 each and coffee. It is just 6 blocks east at 3470 W 6th St. at Alexandria Ave. and it stays open until 9:00 PM.
