Details
We are always looking for new club members that are eager to learn new self-defense skills in a safe and cooperative manner. New members are always welcome to join any training session. You should come dressed in comfortable work-out clothing and sneakers. Bring plenty of water. There is a filtered water fountain onsite.

The training sessions are free, but we do take donations to Dexter United Methodist Church (DUMC) to offset training equipment expenses. All instructors are volunteers, so no funds go toward paying them.
Please RSVP to each training session you plan to attend so we have an idea of how many members are training. The number affects how we structure the sessions.
