  • Need help coping with your daily stress? Come learn the Golden Lotus Meditation, which is a simple and effective stress-relieving technique by Yogiraj Siddhanath. According to many researchers, stress is the number one killer and the cause of many diseases. Stress is caused by anxiety, worries and negative thoughts. All these are aspects of the mind.

    Inhaling and exhaling love shifts your consciousness from your mind to your heart and lowers stress. Join us for a night of relaxation as we practice the Golden Lotus meditation (30 mins)!

    ***Please note, a simple breathing meditation technique will be taught to those who are not yet familiar with the Kundalini Kriya Yoga practice.

    Pay at the door: $5/Adults, $2/Seniors, & free for kids.

    *International District Community Center - FREE street-parking available after 6pm. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal two to three hours before practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Optional: Bring a meditation pillow.

    What is Kundalini Kriya Yoga?

    Kundalini Kriya Yoga is an ancient science of spinal-breathing, which was given to humanity by Mahavatar Babaji, the same as mentioned in the “Autoibiogrpahy of a Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda.

    The Kriya Yoga I teach has been handed down from Babaji to Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath, a living Kriya Yoga master. Kriya Yoga complements any other spiritual or religious practice. These are simple techniques, but the impact is very powerful- 20 minutes of this practice everyday keeps the daily stress away. Experience peace of mind with consistent practice. Anyone can practice it!

    The benefits of practicing are:

    1. To improve focus & concentration

    2. To enhance creativity

    3. To relieve stress from the body, mind and spirit _________________________________________________

    Who is Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath?

    A living master in the present age, Yogiraj Satgurunath spent his early years in the Himalayas with the great Nath yogis. After his deep and personal experience with Shiva Goraksha Babaji, he was transformed.

    He bestows the three distinct graces:

    • pranapat – breathes the peaceful breath through the sincere seekers’ spinal channel;

    • shaktipat – transmits the evolutionary kundalini energy center to center through the pranic chakras; and

    • shivapat – awares his consciousness of natural enlightenment into sincere seekers who experience their minds transforming into thoughtless clear-mind consciousness.
