PBB Barre Flow incorporates standing and floor barre sequences, deep stretches and core conditioning.
Drawing elements from Pilates and Ballet, PBB gets into the deeper stabilising muscles as well as the peripheral muscles, working them to exhaustion, giving you a tight, chiseled body.
