What we're about
Thanks for join our group.
Kumihimo or Japanese braiding is one of the oldest braiding techniques in the world but is one of the newest ways to make cords and jewelry.
Great for making cords for anything from dog leases to curtain tie backs or add in some beads and make a one off bracelet or necklace.
Liz designs and teaches braiding so now is your opportunity to learn a new skill or if you've tried this before, come and learn new techniques or just braid and natter.
To get an idea of the different classes that we run take a look at our website (http://www.kumihimo.me.uk/) and don't forget to join our facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/KumihimoMe/).
Meetups are based in Rothwell, Northamptonshire.
To keep you inspired, here is picture of one of Liz's recent designs. This is a leather and cord braid bracelet finished with a dragon head clasp.
