What we're about

Join me for a beautiful sunrise practice taking advantage of the nectar hours.

According to the great Kundalini Master Yogi Bajhan, "Sadhana is a self-victory, and it is a victory over time and space. Getting up is a victory over time, and doing it is a victory over space. That is what sadhana is. When you do sadhana, you enrich yourself in multiple ways."

Come explore this tool with me. I plan to be on the beach every possible day between now and the end of summer. Arriving at 5:30, we'll center right at 5:45 and be done no later than 7:15. After, we can hang out and chat.

This will not be a traditional class, but a practice led by me in which I will participate.

Kundalini yoga is different from other types of yoga. Whether you are an experienced yogi who has been practicing for years, someone who has practiced hatha yoga and is curious about Kundalini, or a novice wondering about the great world of yoga, you are welcome! Everyone of every level is welcome.

The practice will be a series of active, repetitive movements accompanied by breathing techniques and some chanting. We will then finish with a relaxing meditation.

Please contact me with any questions!

Bring lots of layers, as the weather can change quickly. Also, a yoga mat and a tarp or large blanket are recommended. I stake a small tarp down under my mat and use blankets to keep warm.

There is no charge for this practice, but donations are appreciated.
