Kundalini Yoga is for anybody of any age or flexibility, it stretches & challenges the mind, body & spirit enabling inner strength, balance and relaxation. Working with the body, breath & voice you will find flexibility, clarity & develop vital tools that help deal with everyday stresses. Each class includes Kriya (yoga set), deep relaxation & meditation.

Kundalini Yoga Session, Meditation & Deep Relaxation

Hale Yoga

£10.00

We will start the session with short a meditation, to allow us to centre & relax. We will then begin with some warm up exercises and then begin our kriya (exercises in order which create physical, mental, emotional, spiritual change within the mind, body, spirit) After we complete the kriya, we have shavasana (deep relaxation) & then finish the session with a meditation which compliments the yoga for the day.

All you will need to bring is your yoga mat, blanket & small bottle of water.

Sessions are £10.

Spaces are limited and due to Covid I can only accept bookings with payment. Session are £10 for 90 minutes
