Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology and science, brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breath (pranayama) and sound (mantra) as a means to cultivate transformation, elevation, inner strength and vitality. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone – of any age, flexibility and is suitable for complete beginners. Loose, comfortable clothing is advisable. Mats provided, but bring your own if you wish. A cushion and blanket are recommended for meditations and deep relaxation.
