In this class we will practice a kriya, perfectly designed sets of exercises derived from ancient texts meant to produce predictable and subtle impacts on the total self. It is an art and a science that consciously combines postures, breath, hand mudras, sound current and body locks to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind and soul and increases awareness.
