Kundalini Yoga classes (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) with Keerat Kaur Khalsa of Akaal Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness; it is when we consciously make a connection with our entire being through the mind body spirit. It is the journey you are actively participating in from who you think you are to who you are. You move from a state of limitations to freedom. You are able to embrace your infinity. It is the foundation for infinity.

Together we transform and empower the self through asanas (postures), mudras (hand gestures), mantra (focused sound), dance, music, pranayam (movement of breath), and dhyana (meditation).

Each class consists of a set of exercises as part of a Kriya including relaxation and a meditation. We use hand gestures, bodily stance, visualisation, chanting, dance and more. The class may include a warm up sequence before the actual Kriya. The classes are all 90 minutes long.

Please ensure that you do not have any form of intoxicants including alcohol or tobacco. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, all else is provided. Above all bring your warm hearts to class and leave with a sense of oneness amongst each other and within.

Art of Loving classes for couples all at £90 only. This consists of particular sets aimed at enhancing communication intimacy and love between the couple and are 90 minutes long.
