This is a time for honoring yourself. We focus on being present in our bodies in the moment. We move in postures that include specific breathing and meditation techniques. Sound and mantras are used to activate awareness and break up stagnation. The practice is a physical, mental, and spiritual workout. The vital life force energy will be stimulated. We connect with our center and let go of that which is not serving us. We are coming together to uplift ourselves, raise our Kundalini energy and reawaken our hearts in love and gratitude.
