Join us for our weekly Kundalini Yoga sessions every Sunday evening at Rosemont Rooms. A great way to set your body and mind for the new week! Together we practice ancient Kriyas that work our mind body and soul. We rediscover ourselves as energetic, not just physical beings and experience our vibrant expansive selves, as we move away from old limiting patterns. Slowly the body becomes stronger, the mind becomes clearer and life's challenges do not present an obstacle any more. The room is cosy; the people are from varied backgrounds and levels of experience; the vibration is high! After class you are invited for some home made Yogi Tea and healthy treats, a chance to ask questions, socialise, or just take some time for yourself before going back out.
