Kundalini Yoga is a millennial science that was introduced in the United States and then gradually in Europe. Yoga is a quantum technology of consciousness that guides us in the exploration and experience of the various dimensions of our human consciousness. It allows us to free ourselves from the old limits of our unconscious (fear, stress, sadness, anger, emotions, etc.), to get rid of old programs and, therefore, to leave room to welcome new ones.

The benefits of Kundalini yoga can only be felt after serious and regular practice. It then helps you manage your emotions, it strengthens your immune system, it gets rid of anxiety and stress, it acts favorably on your nervous system, it makes you sleep better, and makes you more energetic.

The goal is above all to focus the session around the spine. Why? Because sitting with a properly straight spine is called divine alignment. We are all channels of energy (nadis). Energy flows along the column. When the spine is not aligned, there are obstructions in the energy channels. Energy cannot therefore circulate freely as it should.

The energy of the practice of Kundalini and group meditation, in the comfort of your home, will encourage us to meet regularly on Saturday morning/ Wednesday evening. Together we will progress and we will rise in this discipline to unite body, mind and soul.

Join me with an open mind and the desire to develop your spiritually. Kundalini yoga is one of the most spiritual yogas out there.

The sessions are composed of a sequence of postures at a dynamic rhythm to a rhythm or static, a work of breath, chants of Mantra and meditation.

If you have never practiced Kundalini Yoga you may be surprised at the well-being it gives.

Pranayama and Mantra Chanting

Chant mantras to elevate and heal yourself. Awaken your naad through sound vibration and master rhythm by chanting and reciting Kundalini mantras. By focusing on the repetition of the sound all other thoughts are gradually washed away until the mind is clear and calm. You will begin to discover a more positive side to your nature, a side that will enable you to grow and progress in a very individual way.

There are numerous mantras that can be used to achieve the greatest impact on our consciousness. We will use mantras in Gurbani, a sacred language based on the science of naad (sound).

Mantra chanting is an important aspect of the practice of Kundalini yoga, and so we will invoke the positive power contained in those particular syllables.

Other components of yoga in relationship with chanting a mantra will be applied in class.

Structure of the Class:

First, we will do a few warm-up exercises (optional). Then we will focus on practicing pranayama (breathing exercises), to expand your breath and life force. Thereafter we will be ready to chant.

The class needs to be booked at least one day in advance. The zoom link and passcode will be sent to you, usually one day in advance, after payment is received,

Live Online Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini yoga is one of the most spiritual yogas you can find. It is therefore aimed at people who want to change the relationship they have with themselves and the one they have with the world around them. No previous experience is required, however.

1. We start the class with the repetition of the mantra "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo"; which allows us to salute the principle going from dark to light. In the practice of KY, this mantra is essential to connect us fully to the discipline.

2. Thereafter, we practice different small exercises to warm up (these are optional).

3. Next, a series of dynamic posture exercises (called "Kriya", which in Sanskrit means "to be in motion") will have a particular effect, such as Kriya for the nervous system.

4. At the end of the main Kriya, a deep relaxation on the back (shavasana) will allow you to integrate all the yoga done.

5. Finally, we practice movement or static meditation, with or without a mantra.

6. The class ends with the song "The Long Time Sun Shine" followed by the mantra "Sat Nam" which signifies "I am the Truth / Truth is my identity"

Online registration on Zoom is free and easy.
