What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in boxing and fitness. While Los Angeles is home to a ton of excellent boxing gyms, this group will primarily meet outdoors, at parks across the city or the beach, and will have semi-organized workouts focused on improving our boxing skills plus some conditioning and overall fitness. Think focus mitts, shadow boxing, jump rope, core, ect. All skill levels, genders, and ages are welcome!
Members should bring their own gloves and jump rope to every meetup session. Any other training equipment that you would like to bring is also great but you'll definitely need gloves and a basic rope.
