What we're about

Do you like RV or tent camping? Do you like reading and talking about books? We do both. This is an adult only weekend camping book club that meets every other month and takes advantage of holiday weekends. We stay close to L.A. due to holiday traffic. Meetings will take place at Thousand Trails Soledad Canyon, or Chilao Campground in the Angeles National Forest.

Books and Food:
We will meet for a meal at 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, book talk around 5:00. Please bring a pre-prepared main meal, or side dish. All other food and drinks for the weekend are on your own. Those who finished the book will get priority during book discussion.

Cost:
Meetings are free, but members must bring an rv or tent, and be willing to pay their own camping fees.
Thousand Trails is currently running about $50-$60 per night. Chileo was $12

Attendees: All attendees must be over 18 years of age, open minded to diversity; cultural, LGBTQ, etc., and tolerant of differences.
