This class moves in a natural flow allowing for Meditation, sound and guided reflection to learn about your bio-feedback mechanisms, what they are and how to follow the guidance that your body naturally provides in all areas of your life- especially your physical health.
If you already have a meditation practice, this class will encourage you to take it one step further and em-body your body's wisdom in your daily life.
If you are a beginner, this is a great way to learn the mind-body connection through a simple technique of breath and awareness that can support your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Similar to a Yoga studio, be aware that this is a no-shoes classroom (prepare for that). Notebook and pen optional.
