What we're about
This group is for anyone who wants to find a supportive community for health, wellness and fitness! We put together groups hikes, group workouts and more fun health activities to stay healthy together!
The group hikes are usually beginner hikes, we will always specify the hike level in the event. We also do fit clubs for those who want to get a workout in! Whether it's yoga, pilates or something more intense. We try to please everyone (it's hard, but we try!).
Everything is free! We want to build a supportive community where everyone can make friends and surround themselves with healthy, happy, like minded people.
