The LA South REIA Multi-Family Real Estate Meetup is a sponsored subgroup of the LA South Real Estate Investors Association. The purpose of this subgroup is to build a community for current and aspiring multifamily investors in the LA and Orange County regions. We host monthly meetings on a variety of specific topics critical to sustained success for investing in multi-family assets. We feature both sponsored and guest speakers with real life experience in these topics who share their knowledge in an educational format. The group also serves as a conduit for networking with other investors and professionals involved in the Southern California multi-family property market.
This Meetup is hosted by Buckingham Investments, a local Southern California brokerage specializing in creating and retaining wealth through investing in multi-family property. Buckingham believes that the reason many people don't invest in real estate is because they don't understand. For this reason, the advisors at Buckingham focus on providing free education and training to clients before they invest.
