June 6th at the Westport Village, at Herr Lane and Westport Road, The Trail Store will be hosting the first annual Louisville Outdoor Gear Jamboree (LOGJAM) aka The Gear Swap. Its basically going to be a big, outdoor, garage sale type event, where people are invited to bring out their used outdoor equipment they no longer want or need, and sell it for whatever they can get for it. You keep the cash. We will have tables and chairs and a blue grass band for entertainment.

The event will run from around 10 or 11am to 4pm. All outdoor recreational gear is okay to sell, other than food items or climbing items (to much liability). Some people should be able to get some really good deals! So I just wanted to invite everyone from the club to either participate and unload the paddling or camping gear thats taking up their closet space, or come out and score some great deals.

If you need any additional information or would like to sign up as a seller just stop by or call the store at[masked]-1545. If you are going to sell some stuff the sooner you sign up the better because it will let us know how much space to set aside, and how many tables to rent for the event.
