Dear members,

While I was taking a lunch break and walking around in the area last October, I noticed a flyer of a cooking lesson at Il Fornaio on Beverly Dr, which is just a few blocks away from my office. I attended the cooking lesson and it was awesome. The Executive Chef Giuseppe Dimola was an excellent instructor as well and I learned a lot. What I really liked about him is the passion he has... in food and in teaching - I could clearly see his desire to share the knowledge and technique as he loves food and people. That's one of the signs of good cooking classes I believe. The food tasted delicious and I was stuffed! But most importantly I was motivated to try the recipes at home. That's another sign of exceptional cooking class, so this time I want to attend with you.

I met Tabitha, Banquet & Catering Manager at Il Fornaio Beverly Hills, at the cooking lesson and I'm very happy that we're now getting a discount.
