intermediate to advanced. Love to cook and eat mediterranean. And soups are my specialty.
Not professionally trained, learned from my grandmother. Cooked in restaurants in NYC, owned one too. A small sidewalk cafe on the westside. Nothing makes me happier than spending the day in the kitchen.
