Japanese, Mexican, Indian
Hard to pick one but I loved Japan
It was a kaiseki dinner at one of the oldest (most beautiful) Ryokan's in the Gion district of Kyoto.
Intermediate. I don't have a speciality but I do tend to cook in a simple "farm to table" lighter style.
Being Jewish many of our events center around food. So, I like learing about other cultures through their food and traditions as well.
I love cooking, eating and making new friends.....
