An apple paella made by my friend in Spain. I never knew you can use such basic ingredient and totally nontraditional, apples, to make paella. It's a humble dish, but it was the best paella ever!!
Intermediate. I specialize in Spanish and Italian food. I am pretty good with Japanese as well. But I am passionate to continue to learn about French cooking.
I got interested in food and cooking when I started living in Spain. Food was so good there, but it was expensive too. So, I had to learn to cook. Then, I started reading cookbooks and there was where my passion in my cooking adventure began.
