French, Asian fusion, Itlalian and "Old fashion American" e.g. diner food for breakfast.
Hawaii for relaxation - Paris for food adventures.
I've had several. Favorite meals have to be broken down by cuisine - French - Andres' (on 3rd street in Las Vegas (not the one on the strip). Foie grae in a berry reduction, seared lamb medallions, lobster bisque.
I am probably and intermediate to advanced cook. I attended the Culinary School for 8 months in Pasadena for fun. I enjoy braising and creating differenct types of sauces and marinades.
I love food - shopping at the farmers market for the freshest seasonal items. I love to experiment with new dishes, I try to replicate things I tried at restuarnts or see at places like Whole Foods. Yum to all that is made with care and passion!
I love all types of foods and what better way to meet new people than sharing a common interest. Dim Sum is wonderful, especially when shared with a large number of people. Look forward to meeting everyone.
It was a wonderful suggestion, the food and company were great!
