I cook all kinds of food. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, American, French, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Russian, you name it! I love to try new recipes and I have a huge pile of recipe would take probably another 20 years to try them all (sigh.)

What is your favorite vacation spot?

Hot springs in Japan, SF, Singapore, Hong Kong, Quebec, Vancouver..too many. I happen to know many people who are chefs, restaurant owners, food critics, fanatics in the US & Japan. My dream is to make them all connected to each other one day!))

Describe the most memorable meal you've ever had

I have two sons who were national judo champions looking to be Olympians. Many years ago we went to Louisville, Kentucky for a judo tournament and I had a chance to educate them - full course meal at a nice historical hotel. That's memorable to me.

What is your cooking level? Beginner, intermediate, advanced, professional, etc... and which type of cuisine is your specialty?

I joined this group mainly because I love to cook and entertain. I always spend time around food. Never been a chef, but my first cooking experience was when I was four and a half while my mom was in the hospital giving birth to my little brother!

Please tell the group a little bit about your interest in food and cooking

I just love food. I love to eat, cook, dine out, shop, read, watch, think and dream about food - going to bed and waking up thinking about food!lol Wine & sake tasting, baking, tea, aah, everything about food! Need one more life to enjoy them all
