Many years ago a meal at Peppones in Brentwood. It was the first time I'd had a meal with various expertly choosen wine parings--it opened a whole new world for me.
Intermediate, I'd say. Hmmm, Thanksgiving Dinner is the best and most elaborate meal that I prepare. I also love making salads and experimenting with dressings.
Most of my cooking is influenced by my Mother's cooking. Recently, I've been shopping more at Farmers Mkts, trying a lot of new recipes focusing on vegetables.
