Let's Dive Back Into The Blue Room!
We had so much fun the first time, we need to return and celebrate!
Please check in with Juliann when you arrive and pick up your glow band / bracelet.
Did you ever wonder what it would be like to step into a “Blue Hawaiian” without the “Hawaiian”?
Welcome to The Blue Room, a retro-cool classic bar that would inspire an instant hit to outlast the ages. Blue booths, blue lighting, and a dark, mahogany bar as strong as the drinks it serves. Please dress inspired for the occasion.
Let’s dip into this cool, blue wonder and savor quintessential cocktails under a superior sound system at your service on the juke box. With excellent bartenders, a free parking lot, and all our friends, what more could you desire? Please eat responsibly beforehand as they do not serve food. They do, however, welcome you to bring food or have it delivered to the bar. (There is a Trader Joe’s, Togo's, The Habit, and Mexican food on the corner of Alameda and San Fernando, just steps away, a Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria one block up Alameda, and a Gordon Biersch on San Fernando near Olive.)
The Blue Room is on San Fernando Road, near the intersection of Alameda. Free parking lot on the side; please enter the bar from the back of the building.
"Little John," our bartender, was great on our first visit and will welcome us back again with reserved space for our group. This is a classic bar, circa 1947, with classic cocktails served up with care. As for beer, they tout 30 different bottles; however, they do not have draft beer.
Please note that The Blue Room is a CASH BAR. They do NOT take credit cards. There is an ATM onsite. Food and drink at your own expense.
$6 craft beer
$4.75-$6.50 well drinks
$7.50 well martinis
$8.50 "call" martinis
Check in with Juliann when you arrive, and look for a birthday cake later on in the evening!
Here's to another great evening at The Blue Room!
