Hello All,

For those of you who might be interested but were unaware of this online collection, USC has a huge collection of historical photos - many of them of Los Angeles and the surrounding areas - that they have digitized and made available as an online public database.  You can simply type a name of a city, street, park, etc. You can even type in "aerial view." Start with Los Angeles River, you'll see some amazing photos

UCLA also has an online public database of historic photos and images.

LAPL (Los Angeles Public Library) also has an online database of historic photos.

Just click on the Photo Collection tab.

Best to all - have fun!

Rudy
