Jena, SPARQL and TDB - RDF at scale, A Conversation With Andy Seaborne

From: Marco N.

On 28. August 2010 the Jena project celebrated its 10th year of
providing us with a Semantic Web Framework, Jena now is probably one
of the most popular Java RDF APIs in the community. It started as an
idea by a developer at HPLabs in Bristol and Andy mentioned Brian
McBride's email* as the official starting point for the project.

The email reminder was a good incentive for me to finally publish our
conversation with Andy Seaborne at the Lotico Semantic Web event
"Jena, SPARQL and TDB - RDF at scale" in San Francisco on June 24,

So here it is:

Please be advised that this is an intermediate technical conversation
and that this is a technology specific topic. It's not meant as an
introduction to the Semantic Web or as an exhaustive review of Jena.

If you would like to participate more actively in our online
conversation of the group in addition to attending our local events
please feel free to join the lotico mailing list here:
