    Perhaps have members confirm their RSVP one week prior to event? That way, any drop outs can change their RSVP and therefore free up space for those on the wait list.. would hate to see no-shows with a wait list in place

    We are over the max capacity of the room but some people will drop out so as long as we have maybe 32 max actually showing up we will be OK. I am going to close the books for now and see what the numbers are like in a few weeks.
