Admit it. Writing has driven you crazy once or twice (or a hundred times). You have a dream of finishing a novel or short story, but a million things get in the way. Work. Significant others. And perhaps the greatest antagonistic force in your writing career: You.
But writing is like any other project you tackle. Whether you’re looking to quit smoking, lose weight, or finish that masterpiece that’s been floating around in your brain for twenty years, you’ll need to do two things: develop good habits and drop the bad ones.
So come on down for a discussion of just how accomplish these. We’ll cover such topics as keeping a schedule, fighting perfectionism, and rewarding yourself for meeting goals.
This will be a 10-page manuscript critique meeting. If you would like to have your work critiqued, please submit it by 11:59 pm on Sunday, July 7.
