Good luck on the changes, change is always good. Everything for a reason right?
Well, being an 8yr resident of LB myself, there are some great places. It just depends if you want a house or apartment. I can give you some contacts of some great landlords and Property Management companies where the rent is economical and they are pretty free with what you do to the place as long as it's back to normal when you move out.
E-mail me and I will give you those contacts. Good luck! We miss ya at the meet-ups!
