This is a LINE DANCE FEVER & FITNESS (LDFF) 2.0 ACCELERATED BEGINNER LINE DANCE CLASS & Workout. In this class we will be dancing for fitness (in a party atmosphere), so beginner and advanced beginner line dances will be taught at a moderate to fast pace. Individuals who take this class should understand the language of line dancing and desire a fun, energetic workout that leaves you feeling like you've been to a party. The class is from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and during your two hour experience you will learn and do ten to fifteen calorie burning line dances that are easy and fun! The result will be A GREAT WORKOUT but you will leave feeling like you've been to A PARTY where you discovered that you can "dance2bawesomelyfit" and enjoy every minute of it. So rid your life of the traditional gym workout, join the party and put yourself on the road to achieving those fitness goals you set for yourself this year!
An RSVP is required, so if you are a member of our meetup group, please reserve your spot today (and if you're not a member, please consider joining us. Members pay $6 for this class and guests pay $9 (and water and light snacks are provided). Remember to wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring a towel . . . you'll need it!
Note: Fitness4LifeTC is in the Haverty's Strip Mall, which is across from Chik Fil A and a minimim of 15 RSVPs are required for this class to run. If the class is cancelled you will be notified via email at least 2 hours prior to the start time for this class.
